Surface Preparation

Prior to painting the exterior surface you will want to ensure that any pre-existing problems are corrected so that you do not make worse or cause future issues. After any surface issues are corrected you will want to follow these steps:

• Remove old coat of paint or stain
• Remove any mildew
• Clean the enitre area
• Select Appropriate Primer
• Prime the Surface

Once the Primer has dried you will be ready to apply a coat of premium paint. Be sure that the paint you use is of the highest quality as over time this will save you the most money from touch up work or re painting.
